Shaped Paws — Shipping Policy

At Shaped Paws, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. We partner with trusted carriers — including FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF Express and USPS — to provide dependable service worldwide.


1 · Order Processing

Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days on average.

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

  • High-volume or holiday seasons may extend processing to up to 10 business days.

  • Popular or back-ordered items may require extra time.

Verification & Fraud Screening
Every order undergoes:

  • Payment and address verification,

  • Inventory confirmation, and

  • Fraud-prevention screening.

Once an order enters fulfillment or “shipped” status, no address, item, or quantity changes can be made.
Please double-check your information at checkout.


2 · Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

Processing time (2 – 5 days) is in addition to shipping time. All delivery estimates are business days and not guaranteed.


3 · Order Tracking

  • Every shipment includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

  • If tracking has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, contact support@shapedpaws.com with your order number.

Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately with individual tracking numbers.


4 · International Orders, Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in checkout prices and are non-refundable.

  • Customs processing can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

Refused Shipments
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address:

  • Return shipping costs and a 20 % restocking fee will apply.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5 · Delivery & Responsibility

An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as “Delivered.” This includes packages left at the door, mailbox, porch, or reception area.

After Delivery: Shaped Paws is not liable for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation,

  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions, or

  • Delivery errors from incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Damaged Packages
Inspect items immediately upon arrival. If damage is visible:

  • Photograph the package and contents,

  • Email support@shapedpaws.com within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • Keep all packaging for carrier inspection.


6 · Address Requirements

Accuracy is critical to avoid loss or delay.

  • We ship only to the address entered during checkout.

  • Once processing begins, address changes are not possible.

  • Include unit or apartment numbers and full recipient name.

  • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Incorrect addresses or refused shipments are subject to return fees and non-refundable shipping charges.


7 · Shipping Costs

Domestic

  • Flat-rate and free-shipping thresholds apply to eligible orders.

  • Expedited rates are available at checkout.

International

  • Calculated by destination and package weight.

  • Displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Does not include import duties or taxes.


8 · Holiday & Peak-Season Delays

During major holidays (Nov – Jan and May – July sales events):

  • Processing may extend to 10 business days.

  • Carriers may impose delivery cutoffs and delays beyond our control.

We do not ship on U.S. federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


9 · Subscriptions & Recurring Shipments

For customers enrolled in our “Subscribe & Save” program:

  • Recurring orders ship on a 30-day cycle (or the interval selected at checkout).

  • Billing occurs automatically on each renewal date.

  • Shipment addresses and payment methods must be confirmed at least 7 days before the next billing date.

  • Subscription shipments cannot be recalled or refunded once labeled “shipped.”


10 · Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or pandemics,

  • Labor strikes or carrier disruptions,

  • Government actions, customs holds, or embargoes.
