Shaped Paws — Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

At Shaped Paws, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a clear and consistent return process — and a flexible but carefully managed subscription program designed to provide convenience and savings for our customers.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Products showing wear, damage, pet hair, odor, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation + order number) required.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used liquid products or sprays

  • Pet consumables, cleaners, or sanitary accessories

  • Items missing packaging or tags

  • Products used outdoors for extended periods

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery


Return Authorization (RMA) Process

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email support@shapedpaws.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Step 2 – Authorization Review
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with:

  • RMA number (if approved)

  • Return instructions

  • Prepaid label

Step 3 – Ship Your Return

  • Pack securely in original packaging

  • Include RMA number inside

  • Use trackable shipping for orders over $75

Returns without an RMA are refused and returned to sender.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (except for defective items).

  • A 20 % restocking fee applies to approved returns showing handling or incomplete packaging.

  • Choosing store credit may waive the restocking fee.

  • Shaped Paws is not liable for lost return packages; use insured shipping.


Defective Items Only

  • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery to support@shapedpaws.com.

  • Include photos and description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we’ll send a prepaid label and expedite a replacement or refund after inspection.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued only after inspection of returned item.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

  • Bank posting may take 2–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. Email us for assistance.


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges allowed for size or color (if available).

  • Defective items replaced at no charge once approved.

  • Choosing store credit earns a 5 % bonus credit.

  • Use the RMA process and state “exchange” in email.


Gift Returns

  • Gift recipients may return items under the same conditions.

  • Refunds are issued as digital gift certificates.

  • Original purchaser may be notified of the return.


Address Corrections

  • Address updates are possible before shipment only.

  • After shipment, customer bears cost of reshipping or loss if address was incorrect.


International Returns

  • International customers pay return shipping and customs fees.

  • Refunds may take 2–4 weeks due to customs clearance.


Subscription Orders & Cancellations

Our subscription program offers recurring deliveries at discounted pricing to make re-ordering easy.
Because subscriptions lock in special pricing, early cancellation is restricted.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions can only be modified or canceled by contacting our team directly at support@shapedpaws.com.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. Requests received after this period will apply to the following cycle.

  • To verify ownership, we may require order number, billing name, shipping address, and last 4 digits of the payment method.

  • We do not accept subscription cancellations through social media, chatbots, or any other channel.

  • If a subscription ships before cancellation is approved, that shipment is non-refundable.

  • Any refused or returned subscription shipment is subject to the standard 20 % restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Pausing or Changing Deliveries

  • Subscription deliveries may be paused or rescheduled once per 90 days at our discretion.

  • Multiple pauses or frequent changes may be denied to maintain inventory stability.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed.

  • Defective items within a subscription shipment follow the standard defective item procedure above.


Refund Delays & Chargebacks

  • Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with delivery proof and policy records.

  • Repeated chargebacks may result in account termination.


Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy, we’ll work with you through approved returns, exchanges, or store credit.
